Season the meat with salt and black pepper
Dust the meat with all-purpose flour
Add the olive oil and butter or margarine to a pressure cooker
When the butter has melted, add the meat and cook for 3 minutes on each side
Add the garlic and wine
Let it simmer
Add the water and close the pressure cooker
Cook for about 30 minutes after boiling
Serves 4 to 5 people.
