In the pressure cooker pan, sauté in olive oil the parsley, tomatoes, onions, white pepper, tomato paste, and salt

Place each veal shank piece individually into the pressure cooker pan, cover it, and let it cook over low heat
Cook until simmering, then mark 20 minutes and turn off the heat
