Fry the bread slices, brushing them with butter or margarine and cooking in a hot skillet, turning from one side to the other
Make the eggs poached in red wine
Grease a skillet, pour in the red wine, let it boil, and crack the eggs into a small bowl and pour over the boiling wine
When cooked, remove and place each egg on a slice of bread
Mix the wheat flour with butter, add a little of the red wine to the bowl, and pour over the skillet, stirring constantly until thick
Season with salt and pepper and serve over the eggs
