Dough
3 cups (about 1 cup) of all-purpose flour
3 cups (about 1 cup) of milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
150 grams of grated cheddar cheese
Grated cheese for dusting
Filling
500 grams of finely chopped sausages
1 finely chopped onion
1 diced tomato
1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Dough

Filling: mix all the ingredients and season with salt and black pepper. Reserve
Dough: beat all the ingredients in a blender
Grease a small baking dish and dust with flour
Pour half of the dough and top with the reserved filling
Cover with the remaining dough and dust with grated cheese
Bake in a medium-hot oven until golden brown.
