Cook the rice normally
Melt the butter or margarine, combine with flour and mix well
Season to taste
Add milk and cook, stirring until thickened
Remove from heat and add cheese and olives
Mix until cheese has melted
In a baking dish, shape 8 mounds of rice
Make a depression in the middle and place a poached egg (egg cooked without shell in boiling water with salt)
Cover with olive sauce
Serve very hot
