1 liter of chicken or beef broth
6 hard-boiled eggs
3 spoons full of unsweetened gelatin

Prepare the broth using tablets, if desired
Let it cool down
Mix in the gelatin, stirring well and heating until the gelatin has dissolved
Place a little broth with gelatin at the bottom of 6 individual molds
Refrigerate until the gelatin is firm
Trim both ends off each egg and place on top of the gelatin once it's set
Cover with remaining gelatin, adding peas if desired
Refrigerate until firm
Dismantle and serve with mayonnaise, if desired
