Mix the meat with potato, broth, parsley, and one egg very well
Season with salt and black pepper
Shape the fritters with 1 tablespoon of the prepared mixture
Beat the remaining eggs lightly and dip the fritters in them, then coat them in flour
Dip the fritters again in eggs and flour
In a small skillet, heat about 1/2 inch of oil and fry the fritters, in batches, until golden brown
