10 hot dogs (400 g)
5 hard-boiled eggs, cold and peeled
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (90 g)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup toasted, peeled, and chopped almonds (75 g)
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
12 hot dog buns cut in half
10 hot dogs (400 g)

Chop the hot dogs with the eggs
Combine grated cheese, onion, almonds, mayonnaise, and mustard
Mix well
Remove a portion of the upper crust from each bun, leaving a 1 cm border
Fill with sausage mixture
Close with the other half of the bun
Wrap the sandwiches in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet
Bake in a slow oven (150°C) for 20 minutes
Serve very hot.
