Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl
Add the fubá and mix well
Combine the eggs, milk, and butter, beating with an electric mixer until the dough is smooth
Don't overbeat
Spread the mixture into a greased and floured 22.5 cm square pan
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 20 to 25 minutes
Cut into squares
These squares are savory, but if you want a slightly sweeter flavor, add 1/2 cup of sugar to the recipe
Serve as a snack.
