Soak the crackers in milk and mash them
Add the prosciutto and mix well
Butter 4 mini muffin tin cups and line the bottom and sides with the prosciutto-cracker mixture, pressing firmly
Bake in a moderate temperature (170°C) for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and crack an egg into each cup
Return to oven until eggs are set
Serve as an appetizer or snack
Cut into 4 portions.
