4 eggs
1 can of sardines in oil
ready mayonnaise
lemon juice
4 eggs

Cook the 4 eggs until they become hard
Carefully cut them in half (after peeling) lengthwise
Remove the yolks, leaving the whites intact
Mash the yolks
Combine the sardines and mash well with a fork
Moisten with mayonnaise and season to taste with lemon juice
Stuff the whites again
Serve 2 stuffed egg halves on lettuce leaves for each person
Does not take more than 15 minutes.
