Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Season the fish fillets with salt and lemon juice
Cut 4 squares of aluminum foil
Place one fish fillet on each piece of foil
Distribute the grated carrots and green onion over the fish fillets
On the side, mix melted butter or margarine with English-style sauce and spoon it over the fish fillets
Fold the foil to seal the edges and place in a baking dish
Put in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked
Serve with rice
