1 Place the olive oil in the paella
Add the garlic, onion, tomato, chicken, shrimp, and salt
Mix well
Add the rice and saffron
Refine until it has a creamy consistency
Cover with water and mix again
2 When boiling, arrange the prawns, mussels, and lobster
Drain more hot water and cook until the rice and seafood are tender
Add the bell pepper and peas and stir gently
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for three minutes
Remove and serve immediately.
