Grate the coconuts and reserve the coconut milk
Add hot water and extract the second milk
Set them aside separately
Wash the carimã, placing it in a fine cotton cloth, like a diaper, allowing running water to flow over it
Squeeze the cloth well
In a bowl, combine the carimã, sugar, and salt, and gradually add the coconut milk
Add the pure coconut milk and mix until you get a smooth cream
Pass banana leaves over an open flame quickly to soften them
Make small packages with the leaves and fill them with the carimã mixture
Tie the ends
Cook the packages for 20 minutes in a pot with boiling water and salt
Remove and let it drain completely
Serve warm
