2 biologic yeast tablets
1/2 cup of warm water
1 1/2 cups of lukewarm milk
3 beaten eggs
2/3 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of melted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
6 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of panetone essence
2 cups of pitted and chopped strawberries

1 In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water
Add the milk, eggs, sugar, butter, and salt
Mix well
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
2 Add the flour and panetone essence to the dough and mix thoroughly
Cover the bowl with a greased aluminum foil and let it rise at room temperature for 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and use your fist to gently deflate the dough
3 Add the strawberries and lime zest, mixing well
Place in a 1 kg panetone mold and bake at medium temperature for 45 minutes or until a thin-bladed knife inserted comes out clean
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before unmolding and serving.
