2 panettone loaves, 500g each
300g candied fruits
150g raisins
1 and 1/2 cups (chalice) of your preferred liqueur
100g toasted nuts

1 and 1/2 cups (chalice) of your preferred liqueur

Douse the candied fruits and raisins with the liqueur and let it marinate for 2 hours
Drain and reserve the liqueur
Cut the panettone into thin slices and set aside 1/4 of the total for the filling
Douse the remaining slices with the reserved liqueur
Mix together the candied fruits, raisins, nuts, and reserved panettone to form a well-stuffed mixture
In a cone-shaped mold, start building: place a slice of panettone soaked in liqueur and sprinkle with the stuffing
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up and the mold is complete
Refrigerate for 8 hours and serve with ice cream or fresh fruit
