2 tablespoons of orange juice
1 tablespoon of grated orange zest
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of orange liqueur
2 tablespoons of warmed brandy
12 morning pancakes
6 balls of vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup of toasted almonds, chopped or in flakes

Place the butter in a frying pan and add the orange juice, lemon juice, grated zest, and liqueur
Add the warmed brandy and ignite
Place 1 pancake on each of 6 dessert plates with a ball of vanilla ice cream
Cover with another pancake and drizzle with the warm sauce and sprinkle with almonds
Serve in 6 portions.
