One-third cup of sugar
One cup of orange juice
One tablespoon of grated orange zest
One tablespoon of lime juice
Three tablespoons of butter or margarine
10 to 12 crepes (see crepe recipe)

Place the sugar in a large skillet
Bring to moderate heat and stir occasionally until the sugar is melted and lightly caramelized
Remove from heat, add orange juice, grated zest, lime juice, and butter or margarine
Return to heat and cook for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened
Dip crepes in the warm sauce
Fold in half and then in half again, forming a triangle
Serve 10 to 12 ways.
