1/2 cup of crystal sugar
1/2 cup of softened butter
1/2 cup of vegetable fat
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 and 1/2 cups of rolled oats
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of chocolate chips

Mix together the two types of sugar, butter, fat, eggs, and vanilla
Beat at medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy
Add the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt
Beat at low speed until a light mixture forms
Add the chocolate chips and mix delicately
With a spoon, place small portions of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and leave space between them
Bake the cookies for 10 to 13 minutes, or until they are lightly golden
Let the biscuits cool before removing them from the baking sheet.
