0.5 kg of strawberries or 4-5 bananas, peeled and sliced

Make the pancakes first
To decorate, reserve 4 strawberries cut in half lengthwise, or sliced bananas, sprinkled with a little lemon or orange juice so they don't turn brown
In a small saucepan, mix the sugar and cornstarch
Add the orange juice, liquor, and butter
Mix well
Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens, then let it cook for 1 minute
Remove from heat
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and add them to the mixture; or slice the bananas into thin rounds and add them to the mixture
Place 1 tablespoon of this filling on each pancake and roll up
Decorate with sliced bananas or reserved strawberries
