Milk or Cream of Milk
Two tablespoons (of soup) of butter or margarine
Two tablespoons (of soup) of flour
2/3 cup of milk or cream of milk
1/3 cup of chicken broth or meat
Fine crepes without filling
Cooked chicken breast
Butter or margarine
Paprika

Grated cheese
Milk or Cream of Milk
Two tablespoons (of soup) of butter or margarine

Cut the cooked chicken into small pieces, season with butter, and sprinkle with paprika
If desired, you can add some sautéed mushrooms as well
Add a little cream of milk to moisten the mixture just enough
Keep it warm
Place a portion of this mixture onto each crepe
Roll the crepes like rocambole and arrange them in a baking dish
Add the egg to the white sauce with a bit more cream of milk, then pour it over the crepes
Dust with grated cheese and bake at high heat until golden brown
If desired, you can garnish with asparagus
Serve immediately.
