Sift together the dry ingredients
Beat the eggs, add the sour milk and melted butter, and gradually add to the dry ingredients, beating well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
Fry 2 tablespoons of the batter in a greased pan at a time; after browning on one side, flip and brown on the other
Repeat until all batter is used
Yield: 18 crêpes.
