2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour

1 beaten egg
1 and 1/2 cup of milk
2 spoons of butter or melted margarine

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt
Mix in part the egg, milk, and butter
Make a depression in the center of the dry ingredients and add the egg mixture
Mix well to incorporate everything. Reserve
Heat a frying pan until adding water makes it spit back up
Add a little oil
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan
Fry over medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry
Flip the pancake and fry until golden brown
Repeat the process until all the batter is used
Serve hot with honey or your preferred ice cream, if desired
Yields 14 pancakes
Each serving without ice cream contains approximately 151 calories.
