200g of sliced mushroom
500g of sausage cut into 1cm pieces
3 tablespoons of mustard
A pinch of ketchup
A pinch of milk
One can of cream of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to taste

Heat the butter and oil in a pan
Caramelize the chopped onion and garlic
Add the mushroom, sausage, mustard, ketchup, milk, and cream of milk
Mix well
Season with salt and pepper
Let it simmer, then turn off the heat and add parsley.
