Fry the onion in butter or margarine until golden brown
Add the beef, peas, and cooking broth
Season with salt and black pepper
Let it cook for 5 minutes. Reserve
Cook the potatoes, peel, and cut into slices not too thin. Reserve
In a small pan, melt the butter or margarine and add the flour
Cook for 2 minutes
Add the milk and curry, stirring constantly
Cook until thickened
Season with salt to taste
Place the beef in the center of a serving dish, arrange the potatoes around it, and drizzle the potatoes with the curry sauce
