Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder
Add the milk and well-beaten eggs, mix until a smooth batter forms
Fry in thin layers in a greased skillet
Let cool
Mix the ground beef with egg yolk and one egg, season with salt and pepper to taste
Sauté the chopped onion in butter, add the meat mixture and cook for 2 minutes
Roll up the pancakes tightly
Moisten the rolled-up pancakes in the remaining egg, then coat in crumb topping and fry in hot oil until golden brown
Serve these pancakes with beef broth
(Can also use ham or presunto instead of ground beef.)
