Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and add those to the flour
Mix with a wooden spoon
Add cold milk gradually, stirring well, and melted butter or margarine, not boiling
Grease a skillet or plate with a little bit of butter or margarine and when it's hot, pour in a small scoop of dough
