10 slices of boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
250 g of Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese, cut into small pieces
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of butter at room temperature
3 1/2 cups of hot milk
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
1 onion roll
salt and black pepper to taste

Butter a baking dish, place half the chicken on the bottom of the dish
In a blender, combine the cheese, eggs, hot milk, mustard, onion, and salt and pepper to taste
Blend at high speed for 20 seconds
Pour half the cheese mixture over the chicken
Cover with the remaining chicken and top with the remaining cheese mixture
Let it rest for 1 hour
Bake in a preheated oven until firm, about 45 minutes or so
Slice into 10 portions.
