Moisten the sweet manioc flour with sufficient cold water to achieve a well- textured granular consistency
Passe through a sifter a portion of that granola, letting it fall into a small skillet over medium heat
As the heat from the pan takes hold, the granola unifies
forming a type of pancake
At this point, flip the fufu
After a few seconds, remove from heat, add butter and roll up
Repeat the same process until all the granola is used up
Serve 20 portions.
