Dough
1 packet of biological yeast (15 g)
1/2 cup of warm milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of butter
1 egg
1/2 cup of dried tomato sauce
Filling
150 g of dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup of parsley leaves

In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the milk
Add sugar, salt, flour, butter, egg, and tomato sauce
Work the dough until it's smooth and pliable, adding more flour if necessary
Cover the dough and let it rest until it has doubled in size
Open the dough and fill with ingredients
Mold the bread and place it in a rectangular baking dish greased with butter
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Put it in a preheated oven at 400°F and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
