In a bowl, place the flour
Make a hole in the center and put the egg, salt, and butter in pieces
Knead the dough gradually until it becomes homogeneous, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and line the bottom and sides of a 22cm diameter mold
Poke the dough with a fork and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes
Filling
Heat the olive oil, sauté the onion, add the tomato, chicken, salt, and pepper, and let it cook for 3 minutes
Add the cream cheese, mix well until fully incorporated into the filling, add the Minas cheese and parsley, mix, and turn off the heat
Let it cool, fill the tort and bake in a medium preheated oven for 20 minutes.
