In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until all excess liquid has evaporated. Reserve

In another skillet, melt the butter, sauté the garlic and prepare the rice using beef broth

Before cooking the rice completely, add the cream of milk, corn, peas, olives, and ground beef

Transfer the cooked rice to a greased dish
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 220oC or until the cheese melts
Serve immediately.
