In a bowl, combine yeast and sugar and add the rolled oats

Mix slowly and add the wheat flour gradually until you get a firm dough that comes off your hands

Knead the dough well on a smooth surface and let it rest for 45 minutes
Return the mixture to the bowl, cover and let it ferment

Grease two medium-sized loaf pans
Divide the dough into two portions

Open them up with your hands making rectangles and then shape into a loaf
Place in the greased loaf pan and let the dough rest for 30 minutes

Brush with water and dust with rolled oats
Put it in a medium oven preheated for 40 minutes
Remove from the mold and serve.
