12 slices of shaped bread without crust
12 slices of whole wheat bread without crust

Using a processor, mix the cream cheese, ricotta, yogurt, and salt until it forms a smooth and creamy consistency
Divide the cream into three equal parts
In the processor, mix one part of the cream with the dried tomato until it has the consistency of a pâté
Set aside
Do the same thing with the second part of the cream, adding the spinach, and set aside
Assembly
Place a layer of tomato pâté on top of a slice of bread
Cover with a slice of whole wheat bread and spread the spinach pâté
Cover with another slice, spread the white pâté, and cover with a slice of bread
Cut in half and serve immediately.
