4 French-style peas

1/2 cup (chopped) of mozzarella cheese cubes
4 tablespoons of green olives, pitted
1/2 cup (chopped) of prosciutto cubes

Remove the pea shoots from their shells without piercing them
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and stuff each pea evenly
Wrap each one in paper towel and bake in moderate heat for 1 minute, or until the cheese melts
If needed, leave it longer, taking care not to make the pea too hard.
