Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Mix yeast and sugar in warm water from cooking sweet potatoes in a bowl
Let it sit, then mix melted butter or margarine, eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Add salt, mashed sweet potato, yeast mixture, milk, and all-purpose flour to the bowl
Mix until a firm dough forms
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth
Let it rise for 45 minutes
After rising, punch down the dough and knead for a few minutes
Divide the dough into two equal parts and place each part into a greased loaf pan
Cover with plastic wrap or a clean towel
Baste with melted butter or margarine and bake in moderate temperature (180°C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown
Remove from oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
