Directions

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, sausage, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and mix well

Add the spicy ketchup and pineapple chunks and mix well

Place in an ungreased 31.5 cm x 23 cm baking dish lined with aluminum foil and bake in a moderate oven (150°C) for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes

Garnish with pineapple rings.
