1.5 lbs of white beans
1/2 lb of smoked bacon
2 sprigs of rosemary
4 cloves
6 grams of paprika
1 beef bouillon cube
5 leek stalks

1 cup or package of yogurt
4 tomatoes
1.5 lbs of white beans
1/2 lb of smoked bacon
2 sprigs of rosemary
4 cloves
6 grams of paprika
1 beef bouillon cube
5 leek stalks
salt to taste
1 cup or package of yogurt
4 tomatoes
Rinse the beans well and soak them overnight
Cut the bacon into strips
Add the beans, seasonings, and crushed bouillon cube together
Cook the beans in 2 liters of water (use the same water they soaked in) for 1 hour and a half
Clean the leek stalks, cut them into rounds, and add to the beans, cooking for an additional 15 minutes
Add salt to taste and stir in the yogurt
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and finally sprinkle over the soup
It's always unpleasant when cooking beans to have that much foam that seems like it won't end
If you put a spoonful of butter, margarine, or olive oil in the beans during cooking, you'll get an unexpected result
The foam won't rise as much, your pans will stay cleaner, and so will the surface of your stovetop.
