Mix all ingredients together well and shape into a round or long patty
Place it on a small greased baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven (170°) for 1 hour
Variation: spread 1 cup of tomato sauce over the meat patty before putting it in the oven
Leftovers from this breaded meat can be stored in the refrigerator and served in sandwiches, or as a filling for bell peppers, tomatoes, or zucchini.
