1 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of cold water
1 box of lemon gelatin
1 tablespoon of flavorless gelatin
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
a few drops of pepper sauce
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
2 1/2 cups of mashed avocado passed through a sieve
1 cup of cream
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 cooked lobsters seasoned with salt, lemon, and pepper

Soak the two gelatin packets in cold water
Dissolve them in boiling water
Add lemon juice, pepper sauce, salt, black pepper, and chopped onion
Let it cool
Combine mashed avocado, cream, and mayonnaise
Blend well
Pour into a ring mold with a 24cm diameter
Refrigerate until firm
Unmold and decorate with lobster pieces and avocado slices
