In a large pot, place the beef, water, and salt
Bring to a boil over high heat
Remove the foam that forms on the surface of the water
Add the celery, onion, carrots, and tomato, cover, and simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the beef is tender
Remove from the pot and strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve
Use the shredded beef in salads, wraps, or omelets
Note: Can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.
