1 picanha, approximately 1.2 kg

1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil 24g

Season the picanha with garlic, salt, and black pepper
Refrigerate for at least one day
In a large skillet, combine the picanha and olive oil
Cook over medium heat, turning the meat occasionally until it's nicely browned
Remove the meat from the skillet and place it in a roasting pan
Add 1/2 cup of water to the skillet with the remaining olive oil, stir, and pour it over the meat
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 2 hours, basting with water as needed until the meat is cooked through
Serve in six portions.
