Add the tomato, lemon juice, green pepper, and siri meat
Refine for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly

Beat the egg whites until frothy
Join the yolks and beat well
Spread the siri mixture in an oval baking dish of 36 cm length and 6 cm depth and top with the beaten eggs
