Butter a baking dish and place the glazed ham in it with a tablespoon of wine
Put it in the oven, being careful to glaze it once with a little hot water and again with a little wine, repeating this process until all the wine is gone
At the same time, peel the potatoes, wash them well, dry them, and cut them into four pieces
In a skillet, melt the butter or margarine and cook the potatoes until they are golden brown
Remove them and place them around the ham that is cooking, making sure to glaze it along with the potatoes with the right glaze
Season the potatoes lightly (not the ham), and sprinkle the combination with a little pepper
When it has passed 1 hour and a half, the ham will be cooked
Serve hot and cut at the table.
