Whisk together the eggs, beaten just a bit, with the ground beef, flour, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to taste
Pour into a 23 cm diameter ring mold (or use a round mold and place a ring-shaped refractory insert in the center)
Brush with ketchup
Microwave on high for 8-13 minutes
Do not cover
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving with your favorite salad
