1 bunch of spinach

Wash the spinach well, cook it in a covered pot without adding water
Remove from the pot, chop and beat well with a knife to make it very fine
Mix the yeast with sugar and knead well
Add the warmed cream of milk and spinach
Combine the remaining ingredients, leaving out the flour for last, adding it gradually and mixing well
Knead and beat well again
Place in a greased mold
Let rise for about 1 hour
Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes
Remove from the oven, brush with melted butter and return to the oven for another 10 minutes or until the pie is golden.
