Preheat the oven to 200°F and bake for 20 minutes
Grease a loaf pan, 25 x 12 cm
Sprinkle yeast over 2/3 cup of warm water
Add 2 tablespoons of honey
Mix well
Combine the remaining honey and heated flour, mixing well
Add salt, rye grain, and warm water
Mix well
Place the dough in the prepared loaf pan
Dampen a spatula and smooth out the dough
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle caraway seeds
Let it rise until the dough reaches the edge of the loaf pan
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown
Cut into 12 slices.
