6 cups chopped lettuce
1 cup grated carrots

2/3 cup milk
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons pitted black olives, sliced

In a salad bowl, mix together the lettuce, carrots, and bacon
Top with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, and green onion
Melt cheese in a saucepan over low heat, whisking constantly
Beat egg yolks lightly
Add 2-3 tablespoons of melted cheese mixture to eggs and whisk until combined
Gradually add milk while whisking continuously
Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened slightly
Add pitted black olives
Serve the sauce over the salad just before serving.
