Dressing:
1 clove of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of mustard

200ml of low-fat plain yogurt

Next, add the cherry tomatoes, grated beets and carrot, ricotta cheese crumbled, and croutons broken into small pieces
Mix together in a bowl the garlic, mustard, and olive oil
Then, add the yogurt, salt, and black pepper
Mix well until it becomes homogeneous
Add the honey and stir to desired consistency
