2 Add the diced mango to the mixture and fold in
Work the dough until it becomes smooth and even
Cover and let it rest until it has doubled in volume
Knead the dough and shape into a loaf
3 Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Let the loaf rise, brush with melted butter, and place in a lightly floured and greased baking dish
Bake until golden brown
Dust with cinnamon.
